Refund & cancellation policy

Before your reading is written

You can cancel any time before I've started writing your reading and get a full refund. Just email thymefortarot@gmail.com with your order number.

After your reading is sent

Because a reading is a personalised service made just for you, it can't be refunded once it's been written and emailed. By ordering you agree to the work beginning straight away, which means the standard 14 day cooling-off period for digital services doesn't apply once delivery has started.

Grimoire sheet PDFs

Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded. PDF sales happen through Etsy, so Etsy's purchase protection also applies.

If something goes wrong

If your reading doesn't arrive, arrives incomplete, or isn't what you ordered, tell me within 14 days and I'll redo it or refund you in full. I'd always rather put it right.

Cancellations by me

If I can't complete your reading for any reason, you'll get a full refund without needing to ask.
