What I collect

When you order a reading I collect your name, email address, the details of your request (question, dream, birth date/time/city where relevant) and your order number. When you join the newsletter I collect your email address and, if you give it, your name.

Why I collect it

• To write and deliver your reading by email.
• To send you an order confirmation and any follow-up about your order.
• To count your orders so loyalty discount codes can be issued.
• To send the monthly astrology newsletter, if you asked for it.

Who sees it

Only me (Damien). Your readings, questions and dreams are never shared, sold, published or used as examples without your explicit permission. Your data is stored on secure hosted servers used to run this website.

How long I keep it

Order records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting purposes. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time for a copy of what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email thymefortarot@gmail.com and I'll sort it within 30 days.
