✦How long does a reading take?
Most readings arrive within 3–5 days of payment clearing. Longer astrology work can take up to 7 days. If I’m running behind, I’ll always message you.
✦How is my reading delivered?
Everything is written up and emailed to the address you give at checkout. Nothing is done live, so you can read it in your own time and return to it.
✦How do I pay?
After you enter the details for your reading, a secure payment form opens directly on the website. Your order joins the queue when payment clears.
✦How much are tarot readings?
£9.99 for 3 cards, £18.99 for 6, £27.99 for 9 and £36.99 for 12.
✦Why do you need my birth time and city?
Astrology charts are calculated from the exact moment and place you were born. Please get as close as you can for an accurate chart.
✦What if I don’t remember my dream fully?
That’s completely fine. Write what you remember, even fragments and feelings — that is usually more than enough to work with.
✦How does the loyalty discount work?
Every third paid order with the same email earns a fresh 25% off code for one product. Codes are single-use and renewed each time you reach three.
✦Is my reading private?
Always. I don’t share readings, questions or dreams with anyone, and I never post your details.
✦Can I get a refund?
Once a reading has been written and sent it cannot be refunded, but you can cancel for a full refund before I begin.
✦Are readings suitable for everyone?
Readings are for over 18s and are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal or financial advice.
